Ingredients:
- 500 grams Large Shrimp, head intact, shells removed
- 2 cups String Beans, cut into 2 inches
- 1 tbsp. Garlic, finely chopped
- 1 cup Gata ng niyog
- 2 tbsp Vegetable oil
- Salt to taste
Cooking Procedure:
- Grind the removed shells in a blender, strain and save the juice.
- Heat vegetable oil in a saucepan and saute garlic until brown.
- Put the shrimp juice and saute until it blended with the garlic & nearly dries.
- Add gata ng niyog & the string beans and simmer for 5 minutes.
- Add the shrimp, salt to taste, cover and simmer for 10 minutes.
- Serve hot & enjoy. :)
