Ingredients:
- 1 kilo chicken, cut into serving pieces
- 3/4 cup light soy sauce & 1/4 cup dark soy sauce
- 3 tbsp white sugar
- 1 tbsp fresh lemon juice
Cooking Procedure:
- Combine all the ingredients except the chicken in a sauce pan.
- Boil in high heat for 5 minutes.
- Put the chicken, cover and simmer for 20 minutes.
- Stir occasionally until the sauce thickens.
- Serve with Rice.
- Enjoy.
