Ingredients:
- 500 grams Squash, cubed
- 1 medium sized Ampalaya, sliced thinly
- 200 grams Chicken breast, cubed
- 1 medium sized Onion, finely chopped
- 1 medium sized Tomato, finely chopped
- 1 tbsp Garlic, finely chopped
- 1 piece Shrimp cube
- 2 tbsp Fish Sauce
- 2 tbsp Vegetable oil
Cooking Procedure:
- In a sauce pan, heat vegetable oil and sauté garlic, onion and tomato.
- Add in chicken and fish sauce and stir fry for 2 minutes.
- Put the squash and sauté for a minute.
- Add in Shrimp cube, 1 cup water & simmer for 15 minutes stirring occasionally.
- When the squash nearly disintegrate & most of the liquid evaporates, add in the ampalaya and cook for 5 minutes more.
- Serve hot.
