Ginataang Hipon at Sitaw



Ingredients:
  • 500 grams Large Shrimp, head intact, shells removed
  • 2 cups String Beans, cut into 2 inches
  • 1 tbsp. Garlic, finely chopped
  • 1 cup Gata ng niyog
  • 2 tbsp Vegetable oil
  • Salt to taste


Cooking Procedure:
  1. Grind the removed shells in a blender, strain and save the juice.
  2. Heat vegetable oil in a saucepan and saute garlic until brown.
  3. Put the shrimp juice and saute until it blended with the garlic & nearly dries.
  4. Add gata ng niyog & the string beans and simmer for 5 minutes.
  5. Add the shrimp, salt to taste, cover and simmer for 10 minutes.
  6. Serve hot & enjoy. :)

Minadaling Manok :)



Ingredients:
  • 1 kilo chicken, cut into serving pieces 
  • 3/4 cup light soy sauce & 1/4 cup dark soy sauce 
  • 3 tbsp white sugar 
  • 1 tbsp fresh lemon juice 

Cooking Procedure:
  1. Combine all the ingredients except the chicken in a sauce pan. 
  2. Boil in high heat for 5 minutes. 
  3. Put the chicken, cover and simmer for 20 minutes. 
  4. Stir occasionally until the sauce thickens. 
  5. Serve with Rice. 
  6. Enjoy.

    Dinoydoy



    Ingredients:

    • 500 grams Squash, cubed
    • 1 medium sized Ampalaya, sliced thinly
    • 200 grams Chicken breast, cubed
    • 1 medium sized Onion, finely chopped
    • 1 medium sized Tomato, finely chopped
    • 1 tbsp Garlic, finely chopped
    • 1 piece Shrimp cube
    • 2 tbsp Fish Sauce
    • 2 tbsp Vegetable oil
    Cooking Procedure:

    1. In a sauce pan, heat vegetable oil and sauté  garlic, onion and tomato.
    2. Add in chicken and fish sauce and stir fry for 2 minutes.
    3. Put the squash and sauté for a minute.
    4. Add in Shrimp cube, 1 cup water & simmer for 15 minutes stirring occasionally.
    5. When the squash nearly disintegrate & most of the liquid evaporates, add in the ampalaya and cook for 5 minutes more.
    6. Serve hot.
